About the Role
It is now a pre-requisite that applicants have fashion industry experience, ideally gained within a fashion-tech company or a blend of fashion brands and tech startup/scaleu-ps. This is a new requirement, in place to help ensure the new starter can get up to speed very quickly and have industry credibility with our partners. This is also a sales heavy role and as such, will only suite someone who has previous experience and is comfortable in upselling/growing relationships with external direct partners.
As a Partner Success Manager, you will be part of a highly energetic and ambitious team responsible for managing Otrium’s biggest international fashion brands.
Your daily tasks involve building a strategic partnership with these brands - by setting joint business plans, monitoring performance and removing obstacles to growth. You will manage relationships with senior stakeholders (both internal and external) and achieve joint goals through a structured project-based approach. This role requires excellent Sales, Commercial and Analytical skills.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of circa 30 accounts (Brand Relationships)
- Set long-term joint business targets with all Brands in your portfolio, with a structured project-based approach
- Work closely together with internal/external stakeholders to gather key data/tools to support the common strategy to reach the set goals
- Analyse, develop, present and follow up on your Brand Partner growth plans
- Monitor commercial performance insights and opportunities and share best practices with all stakeholders
- Strengthen Brand Partner relations
- Achieve your individual targets
- Work closely together with the New Business team for smooth handover during onboarding process of new Brands
About you
- c4+ years of relevant sales experience
- You have a proven track record in an key accounts sales role
- Excellent analytical skills, being able to turn data into insights
- You are used to working with targets and KPI’s
- You have previously worked in a fast growing company (start-up and/or scale-up)
