We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and ambitious SDR Team Lead to hire, train & manage a team of 8-10 SDRs.

The SDR Team Lead is responsible for driving the results of a SDR team through recruiting, training, organising, coordinating, measuring, coaching, problem solving, and leading. The lead will partner with management to execute company strategies and uphold standards to ensure that sales goals are met or exceeded. This role requires a self-starting, proactive, results-oriented individual who is ready to begin their career as a sales leadership professional.

Requirements

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and ambitious SDR Team Lead to hire, train & manage a team of 8-10 SDRs.

The SDR Team Lead is responsible for driving the results of a SDR team through recruiting, training, organising, coordinating, measuring, coaching, problem solving, and leading. The lead will partner with management to execute company strategies and uphold standards to ensure that sales goals are met or exceeded. This role requires a self-starting, proactive, results-oriented individual who is ready to begin their career as a sales leadership professional.

  • The SDR Team Lead must ensure their SDRs improve performance and abilities over time by providing coaching and feedback in recurring weekly 1:1s
  • Participate in the recruiting process by identifying potential candidates, interviewing and making hiring recommendations.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive training sessions for SDR Boot Camp, weekly sessions or ad hoc Provide hands-on coaching and training to SDRs including, but not limited to, workflow, prospecting, emailing, cold calling and closing.
  • Work closely with Sales and other members of the SDR Leadership team to improve opportunity management and qualification processes
  • Work closely with Sales, Senior SDR Manager/Director, to identify areas of improvement for the SDR Teams.
  • Work in collaboration with Content, Marketing Program Managers, and Product Marketing to develop effective messaging to convert inbound interest into qualified pipeline.
  • Accurately forecasts weekly, monthly, quarterly attainment.
  • Motivate SDRs to exceed goals through coaching and well designed incentive programs.

Essential criteria

  • Experience working in the Healthcare Recruitment space.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service for a technical product - leadership experience is highly preferred.
  • Ability to coach & motivate a team of graduate SDRs.
  • Experience with CRM software (Hubspot preferred).
