Based in a tranquil mews in Brook Green (near Hammersmith), Keystone also has offices in Singapore and Hong Kong. We’re a friendly bunch with a great spirit, looking for a Client Manager to join the team.

The Role: The role will involve managing a pool of Keystone’s clients. This will entail regularly liaising with families about their tutoring needs as well as their broader educational goals. The position is one that involves constant human interaction, speaking with families both to ensure you get a thorough understanding of their requirements and to provide thoughtful and measured guidance in relation to their children’s academic trajectories. General administration, answering the phone, liaising with tutors and external organisations will also be required.
Requirements: The successful candidate will need to be highly organised, have an excellent phone manner and strong all round client management skills. You will need to be able to prioritise a number of different tasks, especially at busy times of year. The role will suit someone who enjoys advising and interacting with people on a personal level. Previous knowledge of the UK education system is helpful but not essential as you will be provided with a rigorous training programme at the outset of your employment.

Hours: 9am – 5.30pm
Location: Brook Green, W14 (hybrid working)
Remuneration: Salary from £29,000 dependent on the candidate’s suitability and previous experience. Employees are also eligible for a bonus of up to 10% of annual salary and are able to join the company pension scheme.
