The services provided by you will be key in the evolution and growth of the Vivobarefoot brand in Germany, building a health and outdoor influencer community. It will drive awareness and direct revenue to our online business. Success will be measured by both these factors.

You will work closely with the Impact Amplification team and community function. You will also work closely with category teams, VIVOHEALTH and the EU Region Lead. 



  • Building the foundations for success in Germany, using a 3-tiered benefits scheme for influencers in the health and outdoor space. Targeting Berlin and Munich to start with using online tools, free footwear, and community events to try and build 100 partnerships in year 1. We have seen vast growth using this model in the US, with the network driving 10% of total revenue last year.
  • After 6 months of building the program, you will start to measure the revenue it drives through discount codes, affiliate codes and trackable link.
  • Your focus of the network is to drive awareness of brand activity, footwear and VIVOHEALTH barefoot education.
  • Your service will be finding new partners and maintaining them. The central team will be there for logistical support.


The head office team are there to support with:

  • Influencer CRM Tools.
  • Reporting for content and sales.
  • Onboarding and management strategies for the network.
  • Free shoe ordering.
  • Budgets.

VIVOHEALTH platform and workshops

  • Access to VIVOHEALTH courses in German to help onboard partners.
  • Workshops held in Germany to help engage the health and outdoor communities.
  • The Berlin store will be used as a hub and meeting space that can be used to meet potential partners.


  • Passion for Natural Health is essential.
  • Interest and Knowledge in the performance/fitness & outdoor space.
  • You’ll be a clear and convincing communicator.
  • Demonstrated understanding of ambassadorship and influencer agreements and programs.
  • Experience creating communities, using social, influencer and events to help foster and grow these.
  • Drive to help scale a new network, using entrepreneurial skills to hit goals. The network will only grow with commitment and dedication to it.
  • You will be comfortable working on the ground to identify communities and possible partners, with only digital support from head office.
  • Ready access or contacts who we can reach out to in the launch phase of the project would be desirable.
  • Can speak, read, write and listen fluently in both English and German.


  • The successful candidate or agency for this role will be engaged as a contractor as opposed to an in-house employee.
  • Due to the requirements of this role we will require candidates to be physically based in Germany. Munich or Berlin would be beneficial, but we are open to looking at other regions of Germany also for this role. 
  • We are mostly working flexibly from home and meeting up in person as each team requires. You will be required to attend few team and company events each year - please feel free to reach out to us if you'd like further information on this!
  • The successful person will likely work part time, approx. 3 - 4 days per week.
