Role Summary
- Planning, coordinating and executing product initiatives to ensure timely, within-scope, and quality delivery.
- Working closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and Technical Leads to translate product and business requirements into actionable plans.
- Aligning your plans with the company's overall goals and efficiently allocating resources.
Role Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in IT or product delivery, including management or leadership roles.
- Strong cross-functional and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid understanding of software delivery lifecycles and Agile practices.
- Proficiency in Jira, Atlassian Product Discovery, and Confluence is a bonus.
- Experience in EdTech is preferable.

About the role We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join our Engineering team. This role involves planning, coordination, and execution to ensure timely, within-scope, and quality delivery of product initiatives. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and Technical Leads to translate product and business requirements into actionable plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and efficient resource allocation.
Job requirements The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience in IT or product delivery, with a significant portion in a management or leadership role. You should possess strong cross-functional and stakeholder management skills, a solid understanding of software delivery lifecycles, and familiarity with Agile practices. Proficiency in Jira, Atlassian Product Discovery, and Confluence is a bonus, along with experience in Education technology (EdTech).
