⭐About the role (£26k - £29k):

The Account Manager will optimise host revenue through proactive management of their property portfolio, including performance management and retention of a group of full-time hosts. You will create account plans with revenue and occupancy growth targets, 12-month flexible lettings strategies, and a pricing strategy that considers seasonality and occupancy. You will conduct regular business reviews and develop differentiated management strategies using data analysis and build case studies to inform and influence hosts. Your strategic problem analysis and resolution will help optimise property listings and provide feedback on how to improve processes, technology, or training for full-time hosts.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their properties are marketed effectively and performing optimally on Airbnb and other short-term rental platforms.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their goals and develop tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Analyse market data and industry trends to inform pricing strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with our operations team to ensure smooth and efficient property management.
  • Act as an ambassador for our brand, representing our company with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Act as a point of contact for commercial clients, ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, including conducting regular check-ins and addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
  • Identify opportunities to expand your portfolio.
  • Provide regular reports on the performance of the commercial portfolio, including financial and occupancy metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and developments in the short-term letting sector, sharing insights with the team and applying them to our business strategy.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in account management, preferably in the short-term rental industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to inform decision-making.
  • Experience with Airbnb or other short-term rental platforms.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
