Role: Internal Agency Recruitment Specialist
Contract: 6 Month Fixed-Term, Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
Location: London Head Office – Aldgate
Salary: £42,000 - £48,000
Centrepoint, the UK’s leading youth homelessness charity, is looking for an Internal Agency Recruitment Specialist to join our HR Team based in London. In return, you will receive a competitive salary plus excellent benefits.
Working from home is an option in line with Centrepoint’s hybrid working policy - a minimum of two days a week in the office which is located in Aldgate.
This is a fixed-term opportunity for 6 months with a closing date of 30th January 2023
About us
We help vulnerable young people by giving them the practical and emotional support they need to find a job and live independently. Centrepoint provides homeless young people with accommodation, health support and life skills in order to get them back into education, training and employment. Our mission is to end youth homelessness by 2023.
As an Internal Agency Recruitment Specialist at Centrepoint, your role will be to proactively, market the flexible workforce operating model and by attracting, people who have a passion for working with young people to help them progress into a job and home You will also be responsible for pre section and running assessment centres and supporting candidates through our hiring process and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience is achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and development of our quality flexible workforce into our internal agency and have a pipeline that covers all permeations of shifts as needed by Centrepoint.
- Partner with colleagues to provide subject matter advice on recruitment to the agency pool along with candidate engagement and pipeline generation.
- Manage candidate and local manager expectations to ensure a smooth recruiting process.
- Manage the on boarding and induction for new colleagues to the flexible workforce team.
- Develop relationships with external partners
