About the role:
As we continue to scale our technology teams we’re looking for an Information Security Manager to lead and mature our Information Security practices whilst contributing to, and delivering on the Security Roadmap. You’ll collaborate with and advise our Senior Leadership Team on adopting scalable and effective security best practice company wide as well as work closely with our Engineering team to ensure our platform remains secure and compliant.
What Excites You:
- Building out world-class security practices and controls within a high growth financial technology business defining the future of payments.
- Reviewing and improving existing security controls, policies, procedures and standards to mitigate risk to our growing platform and teams with a focus on Governance, Risk and Compliance.
- Leading and contributing as part of a small focussed team on all aspects of Security
- Leveraging your expertise to manage up-skill and develop other team members, primarily an InfoSec Analyst who will be a directly report.
- Working in a cross-functional environment with engineers, product designers and commercial teams to help build a secure product
What Excites Us:
- Expertise in the Information and Cyber Security space with a focus on GRC, ideally within a high growth technology business.
- Experience applying effective processes and controls to comply with industry standards, regulations and audits, such as ISO27001, SOC, PCI-DSS, GDPR, OWASP
- A breadth of experience across Cloud & Application Security, Infrastructure & Network Security, and collaborating with with software engineering teams to secure the Software Development Lifecycle
- AWS Security/DevSecOps experience is highly advantageous but not essential
- Information and Cyber Security related education or accreditations (CISM, CISSP, CRISC)
