⚡️ About Us

The working world has fundamentally shifted. Never before have we seen such an upheaval to business norms; employee stress has been thrown into the spotlight and businesses around the world are struggling to respond.

Walking on Earth is solving this problem; through a health tech platform that develops targeted solutions for workplace stress. Our platform creates individual health plans using data from our WONE index and provides access to 100s of live and on demand content on neuroscience, nutrition, movement, mindfulness and sleep.

Historically, we've worked with large, high performing businesses and have had a significant impact on the health of their teams with 50% average company engagement rates and 90% of employees experiencing an increase in scores by an average of 30 percentage points.

We give teams the tools they need to proactively address employee health, before they reach a point of crisis.

We have an experienced leadership team ex. Google, Treatwell, Deliveroo, BenevolentAI and are VC backed with word class investors & advisors incl. Arianna Huffington & Brent Hoberman.
