We need an experienced Head of Commercial Finance a passion for people development and building high performing teams. You will have full accountability for Vivo’s Commercial Finance agenda and will co-lead the way in creating a Finance function that is fit for Vivo’s next phase of regenerative growth. You’ll hit the ground (barefoot) running across the three main pillars you’ll be building which include planning, insight, and strategy.

ENABLING VIVO’S GROWTH STRATEGY
Playing a key role in supporting our ambitious growth plans, providing Vivo with the roots to grow and thrive as a sustainable business and force for good in the world.
•Bringing our 5-year plan to life with real time financial modelling and forecasting.
•Taking a strategic seat in our upcoming Series B funding round.
•Lead the strategy of a regenerative P&L - sustainable margin and EBIT growth, whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality, and reinvesting into areas that help us fulfil our purpose.
•Delivering investment appraisals and business cases to ensure sound ROI and robust risk management.
•Providing decision support surrounding our Retail growth strategy and international expansion plans.
COMMERCIAL INSIGHT & FINANCIAL PLANNING
Enhancing the quality, visibility, and value of our commercial finance function.
•Own the monthly forecasting cycle, highlighting any risks and opportunities.
•Embed the 5-year planning model into Vivo’s planning & forecasting process
•Lead Vivo’s margin value creation plan, providing commercial analysis to improve sustainable pricing, logistics, and cost controls.
•Business Partnering with senior leaders to provide commercial decision support in areas such as business cases, scenario planning, and contract negotiation.
•Provide meaningful insight into performance for each sales channel including online, wholesale, and a growing retail operation.
•Raising visibility and awareness of financial performance Vs business goals, implementing real-time data visualisation (i.e Power BI) to bring it to life.
WHAT WE'D LOVE TO SEE FROM YOU
- ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified.
- 5+ years post-qualified commercial finance experiencein a comparable industry and business size.
- Experience of a growth journey, andcomfortable working in fast-paced environments.
- Strong FP&A, financial modelling, andforecasting experience.
- A demonstrable track record in peopleleadership and development.
- You have a natural curiosity to ask ‘why’.
- You possess a keen interest in RegenerativeLeadership and building future-fit businesses.
- You actively seek out opportunities to growyourself and are comfortable in pioneering new pathways for yourself, yourteam, and for Vivo.
