We’re looking for a passionate and eager Email Marketing Assistant to join our busy marketing department. The perfect candidate will be at the beginning of their content marketing career and have some experience in delivering end-to-end email marketing campaigns. They will be enthusiastic, passionate and come to the table with lots of ideas.

The role reports into the Email Marketing Manager and is responsible for planning and delivering targeted email campaigns, designed to engage, inspire and convert our core active database. They are a self-starter with a creative approach to problem-solving and are looking for a role that is varied yet challenging.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan and create all BAU email campaigns
  • Build close working relationships with our marketing platform vendor, Ometria, ensuring platform capabilities are utilised and optimised across all channels
  • Work closely with the wider brand team to manage the email marketing calendar, ensuring content is engaging and aligned to our core customer cohorts
  • Own and manage the production of both trade and retention levers, collaborating with design, content and performance to effectively launch campaigns
  • Follow and implement against a testing calendar to establish key learnings and implement effective changes
  • Deliver weekly and monthly email reporting across broadcast and automation to better understand campaign performance and identify new opportunities to improve
  • Write copy for email and app campaigns in-line with the Trouva’s tone of voice
  • Research, test and implement new ideas for campaigns throughout the customer journey

Requirements
