Senior UX Researcher

⭐️  About the Role

As a UX-centered company, we are looking for our very first Senior UX Researcher to expand our design team, someone passionate about providing insights to enable delightful design experiences, based on quantitative & qualitative data.

You will be joining the Design team with 4 talented Product Designers, 1 Content Designer and a UX Manager. You will be advocating for the voice of the user aligned with business objectives and will have the opportunity to influence the Product roadmap.

What you will do:

Work closely with the Product and Commercial teams to identify opportunities based on research insights. Define new and improve existing UX research methodologies within the company, using both qualitative and quantitative research methods. Collaborate with the Product, Design, and Data teams to identify insights and user needs to help prioritize initiatives and define the Product Roadmap. Turn research findings into actionable insights to enable the product designers and product managers to take better decisions and prioritize accordingly. Facilitate UX Workshops remotely and/or in person, for Understanding and Definition purposes. Ensure quality in the persona definition, customer journey maps, empathy maps and design specifications. Analyse and improve our current personas. Run and support teams on user research and user experience tests. Document and communicate for insights and for design iterations.

Expected profile

You have 5+ years of experience in a UX Research role. Experience working in a Product environment and familiar with Agile teams and Agile development (better if in Saas). You understand business strategy and how research relates to that: you connect the dots with the business outcomes and the voice of our customers. Experience in conducting user research methods: interviews, surveys, moderated/unmoderated usability tests, user tests, a/b test… Able to perform card sorting, heuristic evaluation (formal and informal), cognitive walkthroughs. You are curious, creative, empathetic and enjoy testing new things. You show a high level of collaboration and are comfortable partnering with cross-functional teams. You have great written and oral communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus). You are an exceptional story-teller and know how to convey actionable insights to an audience. Hands-on and proactive attitude.
