The role
Atom Learning’s principal sales funnel is via a B2B2C model. We offer a free platform to schools (Atom Prime) and convert a percentage of free school users into paying customers of our home platform (Atom Nucleus). Freemium to Premium.
The B2B Account Manager will be responsible for developing, nurturing and sustaining key relationships with our school partners. These relationships cover all members of our teaching community, from senior leaders through to teachers themselves as well as parents.
You will build great relationships with your key accounts and teachers, delivering engaging product training, providing world-class support, and acting as a trusted advisor. You will own the P&L at each partner school and develop your own strategy alongside our existing playbook to increase B2B2C conversions.
Responsibilities
Oversee a portfolio of school partners, liaising with key stakeholders across the school from senior management through to classroom teachers and administration staff Identify and nurture Atom Ambassadors at school partners, who will promote the product within the school and the parent community Provide product training and demonstrations to partner schools, carry out day-to-day tasks and ensure partner schools receive exceptional customer service Work with wider internal team to set and achieve ambitious sales Apply a data driven approach, synthesising and collating data to drive strategy and improve B2B2C conversionRequirements
A track record of over-performance in a sales or account management role; or a teacher looking to transition into a commercial role Familiarity with CRM tools Strong work ethic and highly ambitious A keen and intuitive contributor and communicator Excellent organisational and time management skills High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good commercial awareness; you will take an analytical approach to growing your accounts Demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environmentBenefits
