We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and ambitious Operations Manager to support the North of England in our Glasgow office.


  • To supervise and support the Regional Managers
  • Plan and achieve budgets
  • Create sales reports
  • Create revenue forecasts
  • Achieve New Business and Clients
  • Manage CRM and Account data
  • Work with the Team to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain product and revenue analysis of existing customers

  • Min 5 years leadership experience in Recruitment and Sales environments
  • Understanding of the Healthcare Sector
  • History of hitting sales targets and working to high standards
  • Build strong operations management culture delivering against KPI
  • Report on the pipeline generation needs and variances for each team
  • Share best practices across Florence and with stakeholders
