The Team

The Marketing team at WeGift has grown significantly in the last 12-months. Led by our CMO Brendan, the team is now 8 strong with experts in Demand Generation, Design, Content and Product Marketing. The team is split between our London HQ and over the USA and will continue to grow into 2024.

The Role

WeGift is seeking an experienced Head of Growth Marketing who is a proven marketing leader and will increase revenue and grow market share while building a scalable and repeatable customer acquisition and lifecycle programme. In this role, you'll lead, build and mentor a tactical, data-driven team of marketing professionals and set quarterly and annual acquisition goals and budgets for the organisation. Reporting to, and working directly with the CMO, and will play a critical role in architecting the company's growth strategy.

  • The opportunity to lead, build, and mentor a strategic and tactical team of data-driven marketing professionals specifically focused on growth, digital, demand and marketing operations.
  • The opportunity to lead, design and execute (or oversee execution of) end-to-end ABM program implementation.
  • The opportunity to develop, implement and determine business impact, including marketing funnel forecasting, multi-channel attribution models, analytics and dash-boarding 
  • The opportunity to manage a sizeable budget and deliver new user growth whilst utilising a data-centric approach to gather digital analytics and improve marketing from acquisition, through to qualified and beyond
  • To ensure quality sales opportunities are being pushed through the marketing funnel by recommending and implementing rules, programs and metrics 
  • To asses, manage and help implement all marketing technology, dashboards and tools that are proven to be ROI-drivers and will greatly impact the overall organisation. 

What excites us:

  • 10+ years of marketing leadership experience as a full stack growth marketer who has worked in B2B SaaS Start-up environments, that has scaled from single digit ARR to significant growth
  • An analytical and metrics-driven individual with an understanding of marketing tech stack to manage and monitor marketing activities.
  • Exposure to product led growth, free trial, freemium or self-serve businesses and a successful track record of creating and implementing growth strategies
  • Experience with establishing marketing operations best practices, processes, data cleanliness and metrics.
  • Proven ability to lead all aspects of ROI on growth marketing initiatives with clear successes.
