About The Role
We're currently on the lookout for Client Executives to join our Corporate Sales team. If you have a passion for sales and growth and looking to progress your career in this area - this could be for you!
As a Client Exec, you will be managing, retaining and growing a portfolio of national corporate clients on our health plans. You'll step into a fast-paced team, and develop relationships with your wide range of clients, to not only retain them but also grow these accounts, with expansion and cross sales.
You'll create tactical business plans to drive the growth of your accounts by understanding your clients' wellbeing strategy/approach. We're looking for someone who has a consultative approach and loves building relationships. You'll build relationships with many contacts, from decision makers in client organisations, through to intermediaries and third parties. Using your knowledge of our products and services, coupled with a strong understanding of your clients' wellbeing strategies, programmes and plans, you'll discuss and show how Simplyhealth can support their strategy and benefit the end users.

Our ‘smart working’ approach gives you the best of all worlds – working from home, in our modern offices in Hampshire or on the move. Generally this means day to day work can be handled remotely, but there will also be times when we need to come together in the office to collaborate, attend training sessions, induction, briefings and more. You might know it as flexible or hybrid working, for us it’s just another day living our best lives! As a Client Executive, you'll likely be working in Andover roughly once a week.
About You
Key Experience for this role includes:
- Experience of account management
- Consultative selling skills
- Good level of negotiating skills
- Ability to work cross functionally across diverse teams

- 36 days holiday (including 8 bank holidays) with an option to buy or sell a further 5 days
