We are a small but mighty (9-person) team responsible for building and sustaining a brand known and loved by 70% of the UK population. As a key member of the creative team, you embody a positive, proactive approach to generating ideas and running your own projects. You are a team player who is fun to work with, delivers quality work on time, and is always looking for ways to shake up the status quo. Our work here is varied and diverse, spanning traditional graphic design, website, digital ads, art direction, social, email, etc.
Responsibilities
At GoHenry, our creative team will turn our brand vision and campaigns into reality. The creative team is part of our in-house studio and each member works closely with our marketing team and product design team. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team of writers, designers, illustrators, and animators reporting directly into our CMO.
Your day-to-day will be to work on campaigns, toolkits, website, and brand and direct response communications, from brief to execution. Our company is at an exciting cross-roads, so there is a lot of opportunity to be part of shaping all aspects of our communications:
- Articulate your POV but be open to feedback and work collaboratively with the team.
- Develop and evolve our marketing communications toolkit into effective and engaging designs for our Website, Landing Pages, and Email.
- Create high-quality web pages and campaign landing pages that tell a story and convert
- Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines on sharpening ideas and enhancing our brand presence in digital, mobile/web, comms, and social.
- Manage the quality of design throughout all phases of a project.
- Present confidently and professionally to internal teams, including executives.
- Contribute to holistic thinking about Brand Design, including how a brand acts, looks, and comes to life throughout the entire customer experience.
What we’re looking for
You tick each of our Senior Designer must-haves:
- A minimum of 4-years commercial experience working within a creative agency or an internal creative team
- Excellence in Figma, UI, Web Design, etc
- Efficient and quick / Fast paced
- You have a portfolio of unique, highly differentiated, and well-loved B2C brands.
You’ve been where we’re about to go:
- A deep understanding of digital tools, trends, and foundation
- A love for visual storytelling and concepting
- Experience with typography, layout, and general Graphic design
- Digital advertising and email experience
- Experience with landing pages for digital campaigns (facebook, Instagram, paid search) and website pages
- An expert eye for detail and pixel perfection
- Experience in a start-up/scale-up or small agency environment is a bonus, as we work at speed
- Ability to manage your own workload and deliver high-quality work in a timely manner.
