Position Title: Programme Manager (Anti Bullying Alliance)
Location: London Fields, NCB promotes a hybrid, flexible way of working, staff can work remotely for part of the week if they wish and in the office or face to face for 2 days per week.
Status: Full Time 35 Hours - Permanent
Salary: £39,554 - Other benefits include 30 days holiday plus bank holiday (and an additional 3 days leave for Christmas org-wide shut down)

The Anti-Bullying Alliance is a unique coalition of organisations and individuals, working together to achieve our vision to: stop bullying and create safer environments in which children and young people can live, grow, play and learn.
We work on developing campaigns, including the annual Anti-Bullying Week campaign, policy improvement and improving the anti-bullying practice of the children’s workforce.
The role of the Programme Manager of the Anti-Bullying Alliance is to manage key elements of delivery related to Anti-Bullying Alliance programmes, fulfilling current contractual obligations and seeking new opportunities. Primarily the role would be managing the United Against Bullying school programme.
We are seeking a highly experienced and creative Programme Manager with a good understanding of programme management, working with schools, academics and other high level partners.
