Job Description:
BeZero is looking for a Senior Project Delivery Manager to ensure that we execute on the many change projects that we have as part of our scale up plans. While many of the projects involve technology change this is a truly cross-functional role, which will be pivotal in ensuring communication flows between our content, research, product, engineering, data and other teams (e.g. operations, marketing)as we scale the BeZero Carbon Markets platform, as well as other areas of the business. The role will be a key point of contact for senior leadership on the different functional teams.
We are looking for someone who will ensure project delivery but who is not overly bound by a particular methodology or process - we want to get the job done and will leverage whatever tools help achieve our outcomes. Rolling up your sleeves and helping where needed is the name of the game!
Our ideal candidate will be able to run and deliver projects to tight timeframes, manage senior stakeholders, establish sensible processes in response to business requirements, and conduct business / process analysis and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data. You will likely have developed this skill having worked for about 8-10 years at a top management consultancy or some other relevant professional role.
Responsibilities:
Stakeholder management of the Founders, Leadership and others engaged across the business and from third parties
Independently run a portfolio of projects, across multiple projects and workstreams, that span across the business
Programme and project management to ensure clear deliverables and timescales
Business and process analysis to capture, clarify and define requirements
Continuous improvement of core processes to deliver operational efficiencies
Facilitate collaboration, communication and alignment between our engineering, product, research, content and data teams
Manage plans, track progress and report status
Track and report relevant KPIs
Ensure data and information flows across the business are translated into meaningful business decisions
Liaise with commercial and external teams to ensure connected approach to servicing clients
Our ideal candidate will have:
8-10 years experience in a relevant professional setting, ideally management consultancy or similar, working on multiple different projects
The ability to work effectively under pressure within a fast-growing company
Broad experience across projects delivering technology, process, organisational change
Data literacy - able to competently interpret and handle quantitative and qualitative data sets
Strong written and verbal communication
Preferred: interest in climate and environmental topics more broadly
