As we continue to partner with forward-thinking organisations, we have an exciting opportunity and are on the lookout for an exceptional Head of Learning Products who will strive to develop world-leading blended learning solutions that drive real change in order to shift the dial on inclusion and digital adoption for individuals and organisations. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the build of digital and live learning content, launching global products, optimising the learner experience to ensure we are able to upskill and reskill learners effectively, and measuring the effectiveness of learning content and the impact of our programmes in order to showcase lasting behavioural change.

What does success look like?

    • 7+ years experience as a Head of Product, Head of Learning Programmes or relevant role driving product development and delivery
    • Experience of successfully leading design and delivery teams with a proven track record of inspiring and motivating a diverse team

    • Experience of working effectively at a senior level, with ability to influence

    • Masters degree or equivalent skill level in related field

What are some of the things I will be doing?

    • Develop, establish and manage our commercial learning curriculum across all areas of the business. Including, but not limited to Diversity & Inclusion, Digital Transformation, Social Impact / Corporate Social Responsibility.

    • Develop and manage a product and technology roadmap, analysing and updating the senior leadership team on progress.
    • Lead all market and user research to inform the learning and technology product roadmap
    • Define, develop and evaluate the effectiveness of our learning products, ensuring a strong quality assurance framework across all sub-departments
    • Leverage data, industry insights and subject matter experts to improve our learning products and impact measurement techniques
    • Create an UpSkill Digital MEL framework that ensures we are able to track company-wide impact of all of our products and report on this monthly, quarterly to management as well as producing a published annual report
    • Deploy our creative resources to ensure the quality of our products as well as ensuring that the product is inline with brand and optimised for accessibility
    • Collaborate with the Head of department in order to create and deploy effective Go To Market strategies for new products as well as existing products in new markets
    • Managing the protection and storage of our IP and be the authority to determine whether IP needs to be held internally or transferred to clients / external provider
