Launched in 2019, Taptap is tapping into a transformative shift in global finance: from banks to phones. While this has affected wealthier countries as well, it has been nothing short of a revolution for the emerging markets where the overwhelming majority of population had been unable to access digital finance previously.  Its first product, Taptap Send, allows immigrants to send money home instantly and with no fee, saving money in the process. The Role

As part of the Central Growth team, you’ll work with leadership on global projects critical to TTS’ mission. You will be responsible for scoping and managing cross-functional projects that contribute to accelerating and solidifying our growth. You will also be working closely with Regional Heads to identify ways to improve our central tools, processes and facilitate cross-regional learnings. Reporting to the Central Growth Lead, you’ll show a combination of analytical skills, effective project management and structured communication. The role offers the chance to join an early-stage, high-growth startup; to have a positive impact on the global communities we serve; and be part of a new and growing team. 

Responsibilities

Work with the Central Growth Lead on scoping and leading new central projects Manage cross-functional projects -- involving the regional, finance, analytics, compliance, and product teams -- aimed at accelerating our growth and expanding our TAM Use quantitative analysis to scope new projects, processes or inform decision-making Create new processes and tools to support regional teams and solidify our growth Conduct customer, market and competitor research to inform scoping and approach of new initiatives

Requirements

7+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced and high-performing environment such as banking, consulting, tech or similar Experience managing ambiguous projects end-to-end involving multiple stakeholders Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills -- including experience building models in Excel Proficiency in SQL or other programming language Structured thinking and communication Ability to push multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment Passion for working with and for migrant communities Comfortable with frequent international travel (min. 15% of the time) and a highly international team.
