About the People Team
The People Team at ZOE executes and delivers on all aspects of the People Experience, helping to foster a high performing, collaborative and enjoyable environment with our people right at the centre. Our job is to find great people and then do our best to look after them so that they flourish in their role and can build great things with the rest of us.
We design and optimise for "people experience" - aiming to understand how each discipline within the business works and borrowing the best parts of their various tools, techniques and processes to help us create a great place to work for us all..We’ve made some big plans for the next year to ensure ZOE is the best place to work, and attracts the best talent as a result.
About the role
As our PeX Coordinator, this role’s main objective will be to support the People team in the broadest possible sense, helping ensure that ZOE not only attracts but retains high performing team members with strong connection to our mission and values.
On the PeX side, there will be plenty of opportunity to take on responsibilities and ownership, all while gaining experience across many people-verticals. You will be supporting the People team’s key initiatives, ensuring that an efficient and effective experience is delivered to all during the hiring process and beyond. This could include on-boarding, community, engagement & wellbeing and more.
You'll beHelping deliver a great onboarding experience for our new joiners, having regular touch points before they join and ensuring they are set up for success by working with IT and Managers Maintaining our internal communications and handling admin tasks - we use Notion/Discourse and Lever, but you’ll also be receiving requests via Slack as well as our ticketing help desk, Freshservice Contributing to initiatives that would improve existing processes and experience for our team members, creating process guides and templates and identifying opportunities to streamline ways of working or to improve our candidate and employee experience Helping with events and offsites, assisting in our DEI efforts and acting as a cultural ambassador, helping maintain the amazing culture we have created to date
We think this role would be a great fit ifHave a high EQ and are very empathetic; you can connect and build relationships with folks from all backgrounds, and love helping people and seeing them succeed Have a reasonable amount of relevant experience in a People or general admin role (preferably in a fast moving environment) Are systems savvy with good technical skills and super quick to learn Are an organised, diligent and adaptable doer with the ability to move fast, ask the right questions and be extremely flexible Are action oriented, have an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for improving and building processes Are a true team player, love to work collaboratively and have a desire to always learn more!
