About the role

You will be the heart of the People Team. You will work closely with the Talent Team where you will help with scheduling interviews and support with everything related to candidate experience. We are scaling (fast) and therefore need someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and doesn’t shy away from a challenge.

This is you

  • You have a great eye for detail and strong organisation/time management skills.
  • You have experience (+1 year) working in People/Talent Teams or you have worked in a coordinating role before.
  • You are naturally curious and creative. You ask yourself constantly: “How can we do things better”?
  • You have a never-give-up attitude and don’t mind getting your hands dirty.
  • You enjoy working with stakeholders and are passionate about making a change in people’s lives.

How you’ll impact the People Team objectives

  • You will oversee the candidate experience and coordinate the recruitment cycle (approximately 10-15 roles at the time).
  • You will keep our candidates engaged and informed at every stage to create a positive interview experience.  
  • You will build a report with our key stakeholders, where you learn to understand the business needs when it comes to hiring and scaling the teams.
  • You will ensure the applicant tracking system information is up-to-date as well as a high level of data integrity of data.
