Responsibilities
· Processing B2B orders
· Coordinating transport with our warehouse to ensure OTIF deliveries for B2B & B2C
· Invoice processing on Xero and Customer EDI platforms
· Main point of contact for our customer’s supply contact
· Sharing customer’s short term demand requirements with internal stakeholders
· Executing stock allocation where required
The Ideal Candidate is
· Detail oriented - has their eye on the detail, can spot a mistake and take action to resolve it promptly.
· Organised & Structured - Being well organised is key to delivering great service, and keeping aligned with the whole business in this fast-paced role
· Prepared to roll up their sleeves and get involved with a whole breadth of activities
· an excellent communicator able to write an email in a jiffy, confident on the phone and uses these skills to keep stakeholders informed
· Previous experience working within FMCG
· Has experience using Xero (or similar software for raising invoices) and EDI
