- Role Summary
- Deliver one-to-one coaching sessions that are solutions-focused and goal-oriented.
- Utilize MindGym's proprietary tools and techniques to adapt to client needs.

- Build and maintain positive engagement within MindGym's global coach community.
- Role Requirements
- Must be a native Danish speaker with business-level English fluency.
- Hold an accreditation from a recognized coaching association such as ICF, EMCC, or AC.
- Completed a certified coaching training program.
- Have a minimum of 250 paid coaching hours.
- Experience in coaching within relevant industries.
- Proficient in key internet technologies like Zoom, WebEx, Slack, and Acuity.
- Registered as a PSC, LLC, or under an equivalent umbrella company.

What we look for:
- Danish native speaker, English business fluency
