Operations and logistics volunteer

Are you interested in human rights and have natural flair to make things run smoothly? LFJL is seeking a volunteer to help with our operations and admin!

Applicants will have the opportunity to gain hands-on work experience at a leading human rights NGO and to develop knowledge of the human rights field, while growing your logistical and administrative skills. Your support will allow us to continue our work in defending human rights and ensuring accountability and justice for people in Libya.

This opportunity is perfect for anyone looking to get into operations, admin or human resources. We are looking for applicants based in the UK who can join our small and friendly London office as soon as possible. Time commitment can vary between 10 – 25 hours per week, for a minimum of 3 months.

·       Highly organised, with a natural flair for making sure everything always runs smoothly and efficiently.

·       Comfortable using key IT software packages, for example using them to help monitor expenditures for better financial reporting.

·       Articulate and confident, especially when dealing with third parties in person, over the phone or via email.

·       Arabic-speaking is a plus!
