Your impact
As Senior Merchandiser at Otrium you will be focused on optimising and assessing Otrium’s supply and demand. You will focus on improving our assortment relevance and sell-through performance, by enabling key stakeholders with the right data insights to make smart assortment decisions internally and with brand partners. We work on a wide variety of projects focused on improving our stock intake and inventory performance, as well as providing partners with the right insights to scale performance and relevant inventory intake at Otrium.

Your responsibilities
Inventory management
- Continuously review Merchandising Analytics to improve our inventory performance / sell-through across stock types and brand partners with weekly & monthly actions
- Together with the wider team, manage overall stock intake and execute inventory checks, selections & quality insights for our brand partners and internal teams
- Work together with internal stakeholders to ensure the right merchandise insights are available to allow all departments to make data-driven decisions
- Create actionable insights on inventory, sales and customer data to contribute to the development of new sales initiatives for our brand partners
- Lead long term inventory initiatives as our Made-For-Outlet offering to scale relevant inventory across platform and top brands
- Work on relevant merchandise insights as seasonal flow and category performance to spot growth opportunities and assortment relevance
- Join Brand partner calls to discuss inventory insights to improve store performance
- Perform merchandising deep-dive analysis & create strong presentations for our sales team to support getting the right inventory on platform whilst scaling our brand partners
- Flexibility adjust weekly focus and initiate new projects weekly according to business targets and needs
- Focus on automating and standardising our analytics and templates to ensure scalable processes and continuous insights across teams
- Work together with our Business Intelligence and Product teams to improve data insights & our partner platform for our brand partners
- Work closely together with our Visual Merchandise team (second pillar within the Merchandising team) to support with reporting & analytics on platform initiatives
You are …
- Have at least 3 years working experience
- Have a Bachelor or Masters Degree in Business / Economics / Analytics domain
- Are able to work independently and are used to fast-paced environments
- Are able to work flexibly and adjust to different priorities easily, entrepreneurial mindset
- Are a true team-player and enjoy working with other team members on Experience in a fast-paced working environment
