⭐ About the role
At Lodgify, connecting our customers through our Channel Manager is a crucial part of our operations and Success.
As a Junior connectivity Specialist, it is all about connecting people. You will become an expert (we call ourselves “gurus”) setting up connections for our customers between Lodgify and the Major OTA’s such as Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo. You will use that expertise to establish the connection and ensure it is done with no errors, allowing our customers to receive bookings through Lodgify. You will help them by responding quickly to connection requests, as well as guiding them on how to make most of Lodgify.
⭐ What you will be doing:
Establish connections between Lodgify and the main OTA’s Liaise with our Onboarding team to ensure the customers with the onboarding process are connected at their requested time and without issues Respond to incoming requests for assistance via email Escalate issues to Senior specialists Ensure nothing but excellent service and a high level of customer satisfaction Report customers feedback/issues to relevant departments & Follow up⭐ What we are looking for:
Good English both written and spoken. Any other of the following additional languages would be of high value: French, Italian, Spanish or German. Easily connecting with people and understanding their issues Passion for creating the best customer experience ever Organized and able to handle multiple inquiries Positive attitude and sense of responsibility Good communication and problem-solving skills Familiar with cloud-based applications and internet expert⭐ Benefits:
