Since the early beginnings, Paid Social has been one the key drivers of Otrium’s hyper growth. We are looking for a Senior Paid Social Manager who can further accelerate our growth across markets in Europe, UK & US by creating a leading paid social strategy and ensuring world class execution by the in-house team and external partners. - Create and own the roadmaps to deliver on short, mid and long term growth & channel customer acquisition targets;
- Take ownership over budgets and optimal allocation thereof;
- Test & scale new growth drivers, new channels and formats including TikTok, social commerce, advertorial ads, etc.
- Drive an always-on “test & learn” framework;
- Work together with Brand team to continuously deliver and test new creative formats;
- Manage external stakeholders including key partners like Facebook & TikTok, FMPs & tooling;
- Launch campaigns to drive growth for our key enterprise brands;
- Hire, build & develop a world class paid social team over the next few years
- Minimum 5 years experience scaling paid social accounts with multiple channels: Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Snap, etc.
- Experience in e-commerce and/or fashion;
- Experience with multi-markets (experience in the US market is a plus);
- Extensive experience in performance- and brand-advertising;
- Strong analytical mindset and deep familiarity with budget distribution across channels and incrementality testing;
- Experience working with brand teams including providing clear and concise briefs
- Experience managing and optimising product feeds, tracking, FMPs;
- Strong prioritisation & stakeholder management skills
