We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as our Corporate Client Advisor for Charities Aid Foundation (CAF).
You will be an integral part of our Corporate Client Team, who manage a diverse portfolio of FTSE 100 clients. The Corporate Client Team works with over 300 clients across many industries on their corporate and employee giving strategies, managing complex high profile programmes benefitting thousands of causes.
You will possess solid account management experience, exceptional business development skills, a passion for responsible business and making a positive impact. You will be consulting with senior leaders at corporate clients and supporting them in identifying and fulfilling their Corporate Responsibility and philanthropy needs and requirements. You will demonstrate an excellent track record in delivering quality account management, developing and closing new business, have excellent presentational skills, strong commercial acumen, an enthusiasm for working collaboratively and a hands-on results-oriented attitude.

As our Corporate Client Advisor your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing an advice led approach to business development and account management. Harnessing own experience, CAF knowledge/expertise, and deep sector understanding to support clients with corporate responsibility and giving requirements.
- Being accountable for maintaining and developing a sales and service relationship with a portfolio of clients undertaking regular review meetings to assess service delivery improvements and business development opportunities.
- Developing deep knowledge of corporate responsibility trends relating to industry sectors and companies including event attendance, reading relevant material and training. Keep up to date on developments and actively apply these into advice led approach, business development and client support.
- Advising and responding to complex proposals from, companies in respect of developing all aspects of their Corporate Responsibility programmes.
- Contributing to and being part of a strong team culture committed to individual leadership, accountability, collaboration, flexibility, and motivation to succeed
Skills required of our Corporate Client Advisor:
- Strong business development and account management expertise
- Proven track record or working with corporates.
- Knowledge of giving and corporate responsibility.
- Effective stakeholder management at all levels.
- Highly organised with strong project management skills.
- Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communications to all levels
- Able to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
