About the role

Winnow UK are based in trendy Old Street, and need an enthusiastic, organised and self-starting individual to manage the space, help us build it as a physical representation of our culture, and make sure it is welcoming for our visitors.

This role is core to the culture of the company as we continue to expand quickly both in London and around the world. As a B-Corp (read more here) we’re committed to being a business that balances purpose and profit, and this role will help us to make sure we’re living up to our commitment by championing it within Winnow. It will also be a key champion of our values in our organisation, and look for ways to help us live them globally.

Most of the team works on a hybrid basis, coming into the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This role is intended to be part-time, 2 days per week (on Tuesdays and Thursdays), but we are open to hearing from people who would like different working arrangements (in office Tuesday and Thursdays 9am - 2pm are a core requirement though).

  • Finding opportunities to help Winnow develop our culture and live our values
  • Participating in ad-hoc projects as they arise
  • Ensuring that we are Health & Safety compliant
