We are delighted to be working with Hand in Hand International, a women's empowerment charity who are searching for a Head of Corporate Partnerships and Philanthropy. The charity helps women beat the odds and succeed as entrepreneurs. The money they earn and the confidence they gain changes everything, whole families and communities rise with them and this is your opportunity to support that global change. This role will lead a team of four successful fundraisers and will sit on the senior leadership team, you will work directly with the board so will have high-visibility and exposure to the most senior parts of the organisation.
As part of the role, you will manage a portfolio of complex, six and seven-figure donors, being responsible for negotiating, growing these relationships and retaining their support. You will also work with in-country teams on developing projects that will appeal to high-value funders.
You will need:
· Extensive fundraising experience, ideally working across a couple of fundraising income streams such as corporate, major donors or trusts
· An in-depth understanding of funder management with experience of six and seven figure funders
· Strong experience leading and inspiring teams to drive forward excellence
· Exceptional gravitas, interpersonal and listening skills, with a keen understanding of motivations
Salary: £58,000 - 66,000
Contract: Permanent – full or part time will be considered
Location: Hybrid, Home working plus 3 days in London
