Sweep is hiring an Account Executive, tasked with driving Sweep’s growth engine by building relationships with prospective clients and turning them into happy customers.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced salesperson, with the ability to engage in both business and technical conversations, across multiple levels in complex organisations.
You have a strong understanding of the buyer journey and can lead multi-thread complex selling in a consultative manner.
You show great skills at creating value in an emerging market and enjoy selling a tool that requires a deep understanding of the product, and technical knowledge.
You like the challenge of prospecting, building compelling proposals and leading a sales cycle from start to finish.
Finally, you are keen to contribute to the development of the sales process, the craft of our value proposition, and the creation of key tools and assets.
To be more specific, this includes:
1. Grow Sweep’s customer base in France and beyond 🤝
- Acquire new Sweep customers in France and across Europe
- Enable consistent growth by securing new accounts, while also identifying revenue opportunities within our established client base
2. Ensure Sweep delivers value to our customers 🌱
- Collaborate with the sales engineering and the success teams to ensure that Sweep customers love our tool, achieve real emission reductions
- Keep on top of evolving ESG industry trends, in order to propose related solutions to our customers
3. Help scale and improve our sales process ⚙️
- Manage the data of our clients in our CRM and collaborate with our Marketing and SDR team to qualify the leads
- Develop outbound strategies to create and nurture opportunities
4. Build our network and ensure that Sweep is top-of–mind 📣
- Work closely with the marketing, success and brand team to make Sweep the number one provider when it comes to carbon management and climate action
- Host events, webinars and trainings to introduce Sweep to new audiences
- Become the focal point and an active contributor to the climate scene.

Qualifications 🏆
- 6+ years of sales experience
- Experience in software-as-a-service environments, ideally in the B2B Enterprise space
- Ability to develop and execute account plans spanning multiple business units across complex organizations
- Ability to lead intricate negotiations
- Experience working closely with multi-disciplinary teams
- Ability to evolve in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of CSR and climate change is a clear plus
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English
- French speaking
