Service Delivery Manager

Location: Cardiff OR Blackpool (hybrid working)

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (09:00-17:00), although we support the business between 08:00 and 18:00 and at weekends so some overtime will be needed

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + up to 20% bonus + benefits

As Service Delivery Manager you will lead the Service Delivery Team to provide a high performing Service Desk Function and with internal customers and 3rd party to suppliers to ensure the Bank’s IT & Tech Services are highly available, secure and meet the needs of business.

What we are looking for

• Previous experience leading a Service Delivery /Service Desk Function, ideally in the Financial Services Sector
• A Leader and Mentor to the Service Delivery Team
• An SME in ITSM and Service Desk Tools such as Fresh, Managed Engine, Jira, BlueCoat
• Proficient in Active Directory /O365 / Windows Server Infrastructure; 2012R2/2016/2019, Crowd strike, Device Management Tooling, Slack 
• A good communicator, able to talk about technology in simple terms and proficient in stake holder management at all levels (Board to Shopfloor)
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and the latest technologies 
• Good understanding of Risk Management
