Oliva

Workplace Wellbeing Partner

Join Oliva as they are looking for a Workplace Wellbeing Partner

Introduction

Oliva is the employee mental wellbeing platform for companies who want to properly care for their people, and help them grow. By combining proper therapy courses, coaching (the good kind), dedicated support for managers, and mental fitness classes—all led by a curated team of top professionals—Oliva helps employees respond to whatever hurdles life throws at them: big or small, at work and beyond.

This isn't just any job. We want to make a meaningful impact on an industry that changes people’s lives. The ideal candidate is someone who’s passionate about joining a movement to reimagine modern mental healthcare.

Oliva is a tight-knit, experienced, and passionate team. We’ve all been through our own battles with burnout, anxiety, low self-esteem, and depression. And while we’ve all had both positive and less positive experiences with mental healthcare, we know first-hand that talking through your problems makes a massive difference once you find the right person.

Our co-founders, Javier Suarez and Sançar Sahin, have both experienced the emotional highs and lows of scaling successful tech startups and lived to tell the tale. Javier co-founded the business travel startup TravelPerk—which went on to serve thousands of businesses and employ hundreds of people—and previously led innovation at Booking.com. Sançar has led marketing teams at Typeform, Hotjar, and GetApp.

If you’ve ever felt like you needed mental health support but had no idea where to start, you’re in good company. Our goal is to stop people feeling like that.

You will need to be based in the EU for the role but you can be based from home.

The role

You’ll be joining the Customer Success team at a very early stage, as our first Workplace Wellbeing specialist - there’s lots of opportunity to help build on our processes and strategy.

The ultimate goal for this role is to partner with our mid-market and enterprise customers to help them achieve their desired outcomes through building lasting relationships, collaborating on their employee wellbeing strategy, and finding opportunities to support, educate, delight, and exceed their expectations. You’ll be their trusted advisor on all things workplace wellbeing.

Within Oliva, you’ll be the voice of the customer. Your expert knowledge and insights about what makes our customers tick will inform strategy across the company, including Product, Care, and Marketing.

You’ll make an impact by:

Developing scalable workplace wellbeing programs that ultimately drive engagement with Oliva.

You’ll work with a subset of customers to help them create a psychologically safe workplace, ultimately encouraging employee engagement with Oliva. You’ll:

  • Be responsible for creating, testing and refining programs that are repeatable and scaleable across multiple customers.
  • Understand our customer’s desired outcomes, and advise on the milestones and journey to get them there.
  • Plan and deliver effective launch and engagement campaigns.
  • Keep track of customer health scores to inform your approach - you will measure your impact and learn what’s working (and what’s not).
  • Ensure the customer has everything they need (resources, assets, information) to ensure Oliva is kept top of mind within their organisation.

Delivering onboarding & ongoing training

You’ll develop initiatives to ensure Oliva stays top of mind while advocating for a mental-health-focused culture. You’ll do this by:

  • Being the face of Oliva, delivering the initial launch and onboarding calls and training, as well as sessions throughout the relationship for execs, managers and champions.
  • Identifying opportunities for, and coordinating, all high-value workshops, trainings and collaborations. You’ll need to work with Oliva internal stakeholders (e.g. mental health professionals, speakers) and the customer to ensure things run smoothly, and align with the strategic objectives of the organisation.

Building relationships & creating advocates

The success of Oliva’s partnership with the customer will rely on the relationships we build with their decision makers. You’ll:

  • Be the customer’s trusted advisor and thought leader from Oliva. You’ll deeply understand their business and motivation, and work with them over the long term to help them achieve their objectives.
  • Proactively look for ways to add value to the relationship - you’ll know what’s happening in their world and won’t simply be ‘checking in’ - every interaction will be meaningful and valuable.
  • Identify opportunities for co-marketing and advocacy, like testimonials, case studies, podcast guest appearances and more.

Requirements

You have a demonstrable passion for all things workplace wellbeing and mental health. An example background could be as a workplace wellbeing manager, with responsibility for delivering successful wellbeing programs. Building and maintaining strong relationships is your forté. You are determined to bring value to customers and you take pride in being the ‘go to’ person.

The passion and drive you have for the work you are doing can be seen and felt in all of your client interactions.

You’ll be successful if you:

  • Have developed and run innovative workplace wellbeing programs that are impactful and measurable.
  • Enjoy building relationships and nurturing them over the long term.
  • Have experience in a similar industry or working with a similar stakeholder profile (HR / People / Benefits).
  • Have worked in a fast-growing start-up - i.e. you’re used to ambiguity, being resourceful and resilient in the face of shifting focus and priorities, and being autonomous in a relatively flat hierarchy.
