What does success look like?
It is desirable for the successful candidate to have at least 3 years of experience in the following:

  • Administration experience
  • Events Management experience
  • Data Management
  • Communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Organisational skills
  • Team Management

What are some of the things I will be doing?

  • Organising delivery logistics for all events, including trainer accommodation, travel & subsistence for in-person events and all links & platform management (YouTube, MS Teams, Zoom etc) for virtual events
  • Resourcing and scheduling of all events, including putting out requests on shortlist
  • Ensure sessions are delivered on time and within budget
  • Ensure we work towards meeting NPS as outlined in KPI scorecard
  • Daily communications with our freelancers, handling day-to-day enquiries and ensuring they have everything they need for their event/session
  • Ensure calendar invites are sent with relevant links / physical addresses & client POCs - key stakeholders to all trainers and LPMs - Learning Programme managers
  • Attend all events/sessions within their remit (Virtual & Face to Face)
  • Working with LPMs - Learning Programme managers to ensure all info is inputted into the USS correctly and in a timely manner
  • Cross-checking all platforms have the same information
  • Organise TTTs - Train the trainer sessions, liaising with the learning team (session-specific onboarding)
  • Run a tech check for every session delivered and ensure our key criteria is met before the session goes live
  • Create Mod Docs - moderation documents and make sure they're updated with the relevant information for all sessions
  • Payroll: cross-checking Cost Actual spreadsheets on a weekly basis against sessions delivered, adding/amending as needed
  • Ensure Shortlist - Talent Management System payment tasks are correct, up to date and made live - ready to import for Payroll
  • Provide feedback on every session: trainer feedback, content feedback and trained numbers per session
  • Acting as the main point of contact for Talent Assistants in the absence of the Talent Lead, supporting and guiding the team with any logistical, scheduling and administrative matters where required
  • Support the Talent Lead in finding ways to improve knowledge-sharing and processes across the team and onboarding new starters
