Overview
Much Better Adventures are looking for a full-time Paid Media Specialist to work with our award-winning marketing team, liaising directly with the company CMO and Head of Performance to ensure paid media strategies are aligned with overarching marketing goals.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- The day-to-day management of paid digital marketing campaigns including paid search, display and social advertising strategies.
- Creating and optimizing paid media campaigns to support the business in our growth goals.
- Helping drive growth and success in multiple international markets across our digital platforms, focusing primarily on Meta Ads and Google Ads.

£35-40k/year depending on experience and location, plus a generous benefits package.
Responsibilities
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Developing, executing, and optimising cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch
- Working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization
- Working with our content team to build industry-leading creative
- Providing ongoing actionable reporting and insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders
- Defining, measuring, and evaluating relevant paid media KPIs
- Building out media buys for various ad platforms and overseeing the day-to-day execution of paid media
- Overseeing and managing the overall budget for paid media
- Conducting in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting
- Implementing audience and ad creative testing.
- Maintaining knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies
Requirements
Essential
A proven track record of delivering successful paid media campaigns across multiple channels for e-commerce websites, across multiple international markets and marketing channels, ideally in the travel sector.
At least 3 years of current experience working with:
- Google Ads, including: Search, Display, Video, Shopping
- Meta Ads
- Google Analytics
- Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
Desirable
- Other ad platforms, including Bing Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Tik Tok Ads, Pinterest Ads, Reddit Ads
- Business intelligence and Data Visualisation tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI
- Working with databases and large datasets, including knowledge of PostGreSQL or other SQL dialects such as MySQL
- Hubspot or other CRM / marketing automation tools
- Plausible Analytics or other website analytics
- Conversion Rate Optimisation
- Marketing Attribution and Media Mix Modelling
- Project management and productivity tools, such as Slack, Notion, Miro, Trello, Monday
