What You’ll Do:

As Calm Business continues to grow, so will our database of global people leaders looking to make choices about the best mental health benefits to offer their populations. In working with Product Marketing, Events, Campaigns, Content, and Marketing Operations, you will design, develop and measure email marketing programs tailored to your target audience to educate and engage prospects. You will own the prospect database and lean on data to help guide your programs to drive new opportunities through lead and campaign programs.  A strong background in B2B, data, reporting, email, and marketing automation systems is required. You must be comfortable overseeing marketing nurture campaigns from creation to deployment to outcome analysis for future iterations. 

  • Create journeys to engage prospects in their pre-customer journey.
  • Develop anchor email marketing programs that drive engagement on a predictable schedule 
  • Partner across Marketing and Operations to evaluate our prospect database to identify key drivers of engagement
  • Be a consultative partner to the marketing organization on email marketing best practices, A/B testing, the cadence of communication, personalization, format, and tracking

Who You Are:

  • An experienced email marketer with experience developing prospect journeys with a proven track record of driving prospect engagement and increasing campaign ROI with thoughtful nurture tracks. 
  • Strong advocate for your programs within marketing and sales.
  • Have a bias for action while understanding the impact of those actions on the greater go-to-market system. 
  • 3+ years using Marketo, Eloqua, or Hubspot
  • 3+ years using Salesforce with a working understanding of lead lifecycle.
  • Demonstrable ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines
  • Lastly, you are curious, informed by data, aren’t afraid to question hidden assumptions, and enjoy tapping into your creative side. 


  • Experience in healthcare tech 
  • B2B experience within a primarily B2C-focused company
