We have an amazing opportunity for a Junior Digital Designer to join our growing team at London’s award winning Trinny London. You’ll be involved in a fast moving, energetic company that puts women’s confidence at its core, with an emphasis on rethinking routines around skincare and makeup and bringing joy to our customer base. We’re looking for a highly organised Junior Digital Designer who has technical knowledge around typography, layout and above all has a passion for all things digital. Supporting the Senior Digital Designer you’ll work on a range of projects from updating our website, designing email marketing collateral, creating social media posts and other ad hoc projects the business requires. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive, collaborative design team.

The Role

Your key responsibilities are:

Supporting Senior Designer to produce BAU design assets for website, email and social media Creating on brand solutions to briefs that adhere to our brand guidelines. Ability to work within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment. Supporting Senior Digital Designer on Campaign assets across Trinny London website. Working collaboratively with email, social media and website teams to produce solutions to creative challenges. Update and manage the supply of visual assets across Trinny London website. Act as a brand guardian at all times Manage workload and ensure timely delivery of all projects, meeting all sign-off points and flagging up any potential risks or delays

Requirements

The essential skills and experience required to succeed in this role are:

Experience working within a design team either agency or in house. A highly organised individual with great accuracy and obsessive attention to detail. Experience working with Adobe XD, Photoshop and Illustrator. Experience in performance marketing. Strong ability to meet tight deadlines and multitask to manage several projects simultaneously Self-motivated and able to work under your own autonomy as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills with ability to justify design ideas and concepts. A brilliant creative thinker with the ability to push beyond the expected and challenge themselves. Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude. Ability to work within a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment. To see the bigger picture, and put yourselves in the shoes of the customer and their needs. Provide a professional portfolio upon request.
