Senior Project Manager - New Product Development

We are currently hiring a Senior Project Manager to join our global Operations team. This new role will sit cross-functionally managing New Product Development and Logistics operations from concept to launch. This role is vital for delivering best practices and bridging the 'gap' between two key areas of our business, focussing on delivering new product launches on time and on budget.

The Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

Leading cross-functional teams (Innovation, Technical, Procurement, Demand and Supply Planning, Quality and Logistic) through all phases of new product development from initial concepts through product launch to deliver in the warehouse Proactively communicating with key stakeholders and executive management regarding project status, financial health, risks and mitigation of issues, and dependencies across projects Managing multiple NPD projects and prioritizing workload in accordance with business goals Create high level and detailed project timelines with input from all areas of the project teams and third party vendors. Clarifying and defining project scope and all activities, and managing any changes to the scope throughout the project through change control processes. Ensuring adherence to the development process. Suggesting, implementing and promoting improvements and best practices.

Requirements

The key skills and experience required for this role are:

Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously through the entire development lifecycles Knowledgeable in Product Development and cosmetic processes and systems Previous experience in a new product development project management Analytically driven mindset, with strong problem solving abilities Excellent knowledge of excel and any project management tooling Passionate about organisation and improving processes
