Role: Client Success Manager
We’re looking for a teammate (of any gender identity) to join us full-time as a Client Success Manager.
Location: Code First Girls offer family friendly hybrid working arrangements with time spent in the London office and working remotely.
Salary: £31k- £35k+ bonus + fully-funded place on the Code First Girls CFGdegree (market value £10,000).

About the role
Client success management
The Client Success Manager needs to deliver exceptional account management to company partners. You will work on a day to day basis with a diverse range of clients from large financial organisations to government departments and tech start-ups to deliver their strategic educational programmes. You will be expected to manage the communications, expectations and delivery aims of clients. You will be responsible for creating and delivering quarterly reports to assess the impact of their package delivery, responding to client feedback and ensuring successful renewal of client accounts.
Candidate matching
This role involves ensuring all candidates on the CFGdegree match the clients requirements through the selection and sifting process. Carefully assessing candidate applications and putting them forward for company interviews, backfilling any places where needed.
Course planning
You will work with our course management team to ensure your clients’ courses are a success, advising the team about specific candidate requirements and instructor needs as well as planning client classrooms to meet required deadlines.
This is an exciting role with progression opportunities available.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience working with clients within an account management or project management setting is preferable
- The ability to see the bigger picture and look for opportunities to improve client experience and package delivery
- A true passion to work in education and technology
- Knowledge of the tech industry is desired but not essential
- Working knowledge of G-suite tools and CRMs is an advantage but not essential
