Lodgify is looking for a Finance Operations Lead to help lead the Finance Operations and support the strong growth of the company internationally leading a team of 2: An AP Specialist & an AR Specialist for our group of 3 entities. 

As the Finance Operations Lead, you will play a key role in the Finance Team. You will be responsible for financial operations, compliance, and internal policies; contributing to implementing new financial systems and processes to help scale processes and improve organizational efficiency.

You will use the best tools in the market to facilitate your day-to-day including Netsuite and Chargebee.

In this role, you will work in a diverse, dynamic, and international team, with wide exposure across organizational levels and departments; reporting directly to the Finance Director you will join a Finance team of 6 people. 

Responsibilities:

Supervise the internal team to carry out day-to-day finance operations, including Accounts Payable, Revenue Recognition, Accounts Receivable, Payments, and Reconciliations, among others. Develop and implement best practices for Order to Cash and Procure to pay to facilitate raising the bar for existing processes focusing on strengthening internal controls Participate in the annual audit within their responsibility Set up and improve processes and policies. 

Requirements:

Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures Used to work with a project mindset and eager to improve existing processes Strong analytical and quantitative skills Expert Excel skills Ability to work under deadlines with hard-working ethics Personal and professional integrity of the highest order Reporting and deadline compliant Strong diligence and attention to detail  Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics 5 years of related experience.
