Are you looking to test your skills in an exciting tech start-up environment? If so, you’re in luck!

Lodgify is currently on the lookout for a Sales Intern to help us fulfill our company objectives. Under our guidance, you’ll gain expert on-the-job training using different tools and learning about Sales techniques.

As an intern in the Sales team, you will be responsible for helping the smooth running of the business. Duties may include answering customers' inquiries via chat, email, and phone, as well as updating team documentation.

⭐ How will you make an impact?

Preparing, organizing, and updating accounts for our customers to evaluate our product  Update spreadsheets and databases Filling documentation- Adaptable to other admin duties as and when required Answering chats and calls from customers if needed Support the sales team and help to handle the volume of calls during special campaigns (e.g., Black Friday)

⭐ What makes you a great fit?

You're enrolled in an EU university and you can sign an internship agreement. Strong communication skills (oral and written) in English & another European language Proven administrative experience Time-management skills and multitasking ability Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

⭐ How can you earn extra bonus points?

Experience or knowledge of Hubspot, Gmail, and Google tools Aptitude to learn new software and systems Passion for SaaS solutions in the travel industry
