Job Title: Compliance Monitoring Manager (Regulatory) 
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (09:00-17:00) 
Salary: up to £45,000 (dependent on experience) and up to 20% bonus and benefits 
Location: Flexible, we could support hybrid working from either our London or Blackpool office

The Role

The Compliance Monitoring Manager (Regulatory) will lead, drive and provide assurance that the business is operating in a compliant manner in respect regulatory requirements by creating, implementing and delivering an annual monitoring plan

  • Leading, managing and delivering regulatory requirements across the business, (as highlighted by the regulatory business plan and/or change)
  • Building, managing and monitoring activity and routine reports, raising awareness and adherence across the business.
  • Facilitating and managing KRI dashboards and departmental MI, monitoring results and liaising and supporting the business on outcomes and actions required  

What we're looking for:

  • Experience of working within financial services environment 
  • Experience of working with regulatory requirements 
  • Good working knowledge of mortgage and consumer credit rules 
  • Excellent working knowledge of legislation and regulations
  • Experience of preparation and delivery of thematic reviews
  • Is delivery and customer focussed
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting targets
  • Ability to plan and prioritise effectively to meet changing priorities and demands
  • Ability to interpret data and information to highlight opportunities and minimise risk
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills
  • Proven track record in effective facilitation and communication at multiple levels
  • Is commercially astute
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at an appropriate level
  • Is analytical, pragmatic and systematic in approach to problem solving
