International Accounts Receivable Administrative

And that’s why we are looking for a International Accounts Receivable Administrative! To join the Good Rebels team and help us achieve our mission through managing the Accounts Receivable area in our international markets.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

• Be in charge of the Accounts Receivable admin process for the International Customers and support for national ones.

• Timely, accurate and efficient processing of invoices and credit notes.

• Correct accounting coding when processing the information.

• Bank reconciliation in the ERP.

• Work closely with Customer Service and Sales Team to avoid and solve customer charges and deductions.

• Check for duplicates and inaccuracies.

• Monthly closing: prepare the tasks involved with accuracy and in time.

• Support the team with Accounting and TAX tasks (Intrastat, SII…).

• Create different typology of reports with information required by the management.

• Improve the AR process with tools and automatization to make it scalable

• Passion for the business and a deep understanding of it to make sure your job at this role is aligned to business needs and goals.

• Previous experience in similar roles, ideally at an FMCG company or ahigh-growth startup.

• Studies in Finance, Business Management, Business Administration or any other relevant qualification.

• Attention to details and positive attitude

• Around 2 years experience in accounts receivable tasks.

• Knowledge and understanding of basic accounting principles.

• Microsoft Excel and ERP skills (preferably Odoo or SAP)

• An analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving mindset to approach everyday challenges.

• Ability to prioritize and anticipate opportunities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish (mandatory). French or other European language is a plus.

• Ability to create strong and trustful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
