We are seeking an experienced Online Community Manager to join our team. As the online community manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our online communities (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube), as well as promoting engagement and growth within the community. You will work closely with our marketing and customer support teams to ensure that our community remains a welcoming and supportive space for all members.

đ«” What youâll do:
- Develop and implement community guidelines, as well as monitor and enforce them
- Respond to user inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Direct community members to our free and paid resourcesÂ
- Plan and execute events and activities that promote engagement and growth within the community
- Create and curate content that is of interest to our community members
- Monitor user activity and provide regular reports on community engagement and growth
- Empower our team of volunteer moderators and keep the aligned to OYNBâs goals
- Work closely with our marketing and customer support teams to ensure that our community remains a key driver of growth and engagement for our company
â Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in community management, social media management, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in planning and executing events and activities online
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds
- Passion for health and wellness, and a commitment to helping others achieve their goals
- Familiarity with social media platforms, community management tools, and analytics tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
