We make eco-friendly products and donate 50% of our profits to help build toilets for the billions of people who lack proper access. So far, we’ve contributed over $11 million AUD (roughly £6.5 million GBP) to fund water and sanitation projects around the globe. Basically, we’re really good at doing good.

With hubs in Australia, the Philippines, China, the US, UK and Europe, our team of 200+ work to make the biggest possible impact for people and the planet. Over the next couple of years, we hope to increase our annual donation tenfold so we get that bit closer to everyone in the world having access to clean water and sanitation services.

A bit about the role

Join the Commercial team as a Field Sales Representative to expand our presence out of home and delight more customers with our product and mission. This is an opportunity to be our feet on the street and help deliver increased physical availability by winning business, and step changing our visibility out of home. The impact of this roll means you'll help more people get their hands on our products, and showcase our impact story, pushing our message beyond our core DTC business. Reporting to the Commercial Lead, OOH you'll help ensure our team achieves our revenue goals by building strong partnerships with key channels in the space. 

While our hybrid hub model means we’re remote first, this role is field based and best suited if you’re in London working alongside our team. There will also be opportunities for some in-person connection and collaboration in a co-working space - yay! We’re not immune to the effects of challenging time zones but we look to solve this by committing to some early starts or late finishes of collaboration “prime” time between hubs, no more than 3 days a week.

If you worked here this past month here are some things you might have been involved in: 

  • You've step-changed our availability and we can now be found across bathrooms up and down the streets
  • You've conducted store visits and demos
  • You've won new business across independent retail and out of home end customers
  • You've set up best in class activations to have our accounts looking epic
  • You've run local initiatives, such as sampling and other brand building activities to increase visibility and drive sales
  • You've made somehow made it so Who Gives A Crap can't be ignored and our team are seeing it payoff
  • You've enabled us to roll out and pilot lots of unique OOH ideas across the UK and beyond
