Your impact

As a Product Director of the customer platform you will be leading, together with your tech counterpart, cross functional global teams to deliver the best end to end experience for customers shopping on Otrium's mobile app and web platform. You will be working closely with other domains like growth, branding, marketing, partnerships and logistics to collaborate on translating the Otrium's both immediate needs and long term strategy into a comprehensive product roadmap.  Together with your team you will analyse customer behaviour on our different platforms and come up with creative solutions to drive traffic, engagement and conversion.  Your success will have a direct impact on Otrium's fast expanding global growth.



Your responsibilities


  • Lead, manage and coach product managers
  • Translate company strategy to product strategy & roadmaps
  • Make metric based decisions, balancing disruptive and pragmatic thinking
  • Work with tech using agile ways of working to deliver value to customers in a fast efficient and quality way
  • Collaborate with other domains and exec team to both showcase what is going on in product and get input to adjust roadmap
  • Deal with ad hoc requests, understand the bigger picture and prioritise accordingly
  • Highlight customer centricity in decision making, fully understanding the customer behaviour and inspiring product led improvements to the customer journey
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and bring outside in



You are... 



  • You have 5+ years of experience in a Product lead position



  • You have worked with agile methodology leading 3+ cross functional teams in a fast paced startup environment
  • Experience in e-commerce, B2C and startup/scaleup is mandatory
  • You have strong structured communication and stakeholder management skills
  • You have experience working in fully remote multi geo multinational environment
  • You have a strong background in e-commerce and in scale-up companies
  • You have a growth mindset bringing in continuous improvement
  • You are flexible and can adapt to change, accept and implement others directions and decisions
