In the Client Sales Team, a VP becomes an expert in all things people (performance management, management development, diversity, equity & inclusion etc.), presenting Mind Gym’s point of view to customers so that it provokes and excites.

What you'll be doing:

  • Generate new leads and opportunities drawing on the MindGym’s database of warm and cold contacts and your own professional network

  • Close deals from $50k-2m, with an average sales cycle of 6 to 12 months
  • For us to best set you up for success, it is essential that you have demonstrable experience in consultative B2B sales, securing new business, and growing existing accounts. As well as owning the end-to-end process from initial conversation, through to proposal generation and final pitch.

  • A consultative seller with 15+ years experience selling an “intellectual” B2B service, securing new business and growing existing accounts
  • Ability to influence transactional buyers/functional leaders
