Job Overview:

The Enterprise Solutions team serves global organizations, including leading companies, governments, and nonprofits, who seek to upskill or retrain their workforce with the world’s best education. This team is made up of three sub-teams: Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Strategy & Operations. The teams operate globally and have members based out of our offices in Mountain View, New York, London, Gurgaon, and Abu Dhabi. 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager, Sales Enablement to join our growing Enterprise Sales Enablement team. You’lll be responsible for creating, implementing, evolving and evaluating a foundational and role specific onboarding program for new talent joining the Enterprise segment at Coursera.  In addition, you will be designing, building, and delivering  GTM enablement activities to increase rep productivity.  This individual will partner with Sales and Customer Success Leaders and SMEs to build a program that ensures our newest team members are set up for success, with a constant focus on decreasing our time to ramp and increasing longer-term rep productivity.  

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end new hire onboarding program for revenue and customer-facing roles, including iterating regularly based on the evolving needs of the business.
  • Design, produce, and externally source training content for each learning track to achieve new hire mastery of each role’s specific competencies.
  • Define post-onboarding reinforcement strategy to ensure application and retention of core onboarding concepts.
  • Report monthly, quarterly, and yearly trends to the Enterprise leadership team on pace of ramp, average pipeline, time to first deal, etc.
  • Design and deliver ongoing enablement programs for existing sales reps to ensure they have the tools and resources necessary to succeed.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to ensure that sales reps have up-to-date information on product updates, messaging, and competitive positioning.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of proven experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or related field
  • Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful sales enablement programs
  • Demonstrated history in organization skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B technology or SaaS sales environments
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
  • Ability to develop and deliver engaging and interactive training content
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics and how to measure sales enablement program effectiveness

Compensation:

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay for this role is between $92,000 and $170,000 . The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
